Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?

Our price is not determined without knowing a few things from your side. Some of the important factors that we consider for giving you an exact price include location of the junk, its size and amount, and how it needs to be discussed. Therefore, we must see the junk before giving you an exact quote for removing it. However, we can provide you a rough estimate depending on the information that you provide us. We do not start our work unless and until you agree to the price and there is no obligation on your part for the same.

In the initial stages of space planning and organization, our consultants visit your site to help determine your junk removal goals and needs and serve you accordingly. You will be presented with a fair number of ideas and an estimate quote that suits you. We will either quote you a lump sum amount or charge you hourly depending on the waste management needs and your budget. Our services generally range between $45 and $55 an hour for a team of two junk experts and generally a job needs 4 hours for completion. We also offer follow up visits charged for hourly durations.

Do you charge for estimates?

How do I schedule an appointment?

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque. Businesses may apply for a commercial account.

What equipment do you carry for your full service?

Shovels, rakes, brooms, dust pans, dolly and sometimes a wheelbarrow. We also carry a tool kit for removal of doors and dismantling small items. We do not operate machinery, power tools or use ladders.

What do you do with the junk you pick-up?

It mainly depends on what you want removed. We will take some items for recycling, donate usable items to charity and the rest goes to the local dump in your area.

Do i have to pack up and prepare my junk?

Absolutely not, part of our value added services is that we do everything for you, including packaging, hauling away and leaving the premises spotless.

Why do you charge?

Truck team loads your items, clean up and take them to the city dump or transfer station. We are charged at the dump just as you would be.

Can you do the job for me if i'm not on site?

We need our customers to be present on the site when our trucks arrive. We give you a call 15 to 30 minutes prior reaching your place. Yet you are unable on the site, then our site reviews the pricing on their arrival and calls for its confirmation. Credit cards are accepted over the phone for your convenience.
